Organic-fed, Free Range (seasonally) Chicken Eggs

About Our Friendly Flock: We have 60+ laying hens that are multiple breeds: Easter Eggers (light green shell), Welsummer (dark brown shell), Barred Rock & Buff Orpington (light brown shell). We've switched to an organic & local MN chicken feed so we can provide the highest quality eggs and keep our feed purchasing as local as possible. They also free range, outside often, even on warm winter days!

***We do our very best to pick eggs twice a day before they might freeze. We keep any that we think may have gotten cold during the day or are pretty dirty. We do not wash the eggs, only lightly wipe. If you chose to wash them, you can lightly dampen a cloth with water and a little vinegar to wipe them when you are about to use. They lay in nice, clean bedding so it's usually not an issue.
