*An additional travel fee may apply for customers that are located more than 30 minutes from Pine Haven Homestead (Merrifield, MN). If you pre-pay online without the fee, it will be requested on the day of cleaning via Venmo, PayPal, check or cash. Thank You!

By purchasing this online you are automatically paying a 5% transaction fee & agreeing to me entering your property, home or any other buildings on your property the pre-arranged day of cleaning. You, nor I will assume any liability for lost, damaged, stolen, broken, misplaced or re-arranged items or either of us being injured at any given time. If you'd like a 5% cash discount, please contact Sheila first to confirm this form of payment.

Please inform me of any allergies to cleaning products, essential oils, smells, pets, foods or anything that may irritate your senses.

You MUST notify me if you have pets including but not limited to dogs, cats, poisonous pets etc. I reserve the right to refuse to clean out pet cages, litter boxes, toiletry areas for animals etc. These items must be discussed with Sheila before a purchase it made.
